  • What data Frailen processes: that of the companies using it, their teams, and what happens in each conversation.
  • For what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and the law of each country where it operates.
  • Who else processes it, such as the model provider, and in which region.
  • How to request access, correction or deletion.

A lawyer writes it before anyone uses Frailen with real data.
